1926 | Karino Ironworks (manufacturing of parts for coal mining equipment) founded in Tsuda Town of Noogata City in Fukuoka Prefecture. |

1945 | Temporarily closed after the war (until 1955). |
1962 | Begins manufacturing machines associated with steel, electricity, cement and mining. |
1970 | Special Alloy Molding Division established and technology for manufacturing abrasion resistant high Cr cast iron developed. |
1973 | Factory and office moved to Noogata Industrial Park in Kamitonno of Noogata City (location of current Head Office). |
1981 | New high-frequency induction furnace (0.2 t) built. |
1984 | Karino Ironworks LLC founded. |
1986 | Company changed to Karino Co., Ltd. Begins production of heat resistant cast steel members and corrosion resistant cast steel members, and selling of internal parts for furnaces. |
1994 | STLE LLC (current STLE Co. Ltd.) founded (bolstering independence of Manufacturing Division). |
1999 | Begins selling durable composite materials for various types of plants. |
2006 | Plant premises expanded to build processing factory. Begins production of shock resistant high Mn cast steel products. |
2007 | Builds new High-frequency induction furnace (0.6 t). Carriage-type LPG heat treatment furnace (3 t) expanded in size. |
2008 | New company building built (integrated management office K1). |
2009 | Monorail shotblasting machine (2.5 t) expanded in size. |
2010 | Self-curing molding line expanded in size (along with building of automatically controlled multi-level warehouse), and artificial molding sand recycler bolstered (recycling capacity of 2.5 t). |
2011 | High-frequency induction furnace expanded in size (0.2 -> 0.35 t). |
2013 | New company building built (research laboratory and design office K2). |
2014 | CNC center lathe, dynamic balancing machine, vacuum pouring molder and mold analyzing simulation system deployed. |
2015 | Pressure sintering device for R&D, surface treatment air blaster, production technology support system using a two-dimensional code verifier, 3D measuring machine (arm-type) and vertical machining center deployed. |
2016 | Land (16,103m2 in Miyawaka City of Fukuoka Prefecture) acquired for new plant (Miyawaka Plant), and automatic casting finisher (CNC varindor F) deployed. |
2017 | ISO9001:2015 certification acquired. Flexible production system, horizontal machining center, and 3D measuring machine (wide-area type) deployed. |
2018 | Miyawaka Plant (Machine Processing Division) begins operating. Hoist cranes (4.8 t × 2, 2.8 t × 2) and 3D modeling machine deployed. New high-frequency induction furnace (1.5 t), self-curing molding line, artificial molding sand recycler (recycling capacity of 4.0 t), LPG heat treatment furnace (5 t), monorail shotblasting machine (4.5 t) and hoist cranes (15/5 t, 4.8 t × 2, 2.8 t × 6) built and deployed at Miyawaka Plant to handle large products. Miyawaka Plant (Molding Division) begins operating. |
